Ray is Skeleton Key’s founder, and also the co-founder of Muse Paintbar. Previously he was a professor at Harvard Business School, and earlier Akamai’s first marketing employee. He helped launch Bluetooth, his Erdös number is 5, and he regards infomercials as our greatest cultural achievement.
After spending time in wholesaler operations at Budweiser, Tulio attended business school to pursue more entrepreneurial opportunities. An avidly poor surfer, he enjoys live music and craft cocktails.
Director of Product Management
Michelle joined Skeleton Key from Muse Paintbar, our sister company. She grew up on a farm in California and dreams of running a boutique hotel in the Azores. Her second favorite state is Rhode Island, where she has lived for seven years.

Ryan is a former academic, with degrees from Boston University and Yale, and a background in the academic study of religion. He has enjoyed a rich blend of experiences, ranging from a fillet room floor in the Hamptons, to video editing and historical research into the Late Ancient period. One day, Ryan plans to turn into the late Umberto Eco.
Derick comes from the corporate world, where he was responsible for the oversight of, and relationships with, over 200 franchise locations throughout the U.S. Sick of being on a plane and in a different time zone each week, he looked for other opportunities with great purpose, vision and values in mind. He was beyond ecstatic to join a company that checked every box, and had even greater people. He currently is not complaining.
Kevin joins us from Northeastern University where he received a degree in Mechanical Engineering. A fan of film, he enjoys classic cinematic masterpieces such as “Surf Ninjas” and “Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure.”
